Our core philosophy at Aurum Homeopathy is that the body has the ability to heal itself, through it's innate intelligence.
The body has vital force or life energy that maintains health and balance within the body. Illness is thought to be a disturbance in this vital force, and homeopathy aims to the restore balance.

The power of homeopathy comes through its ability to strengthen the bodies own healing response, we look at the person as a whole rather than just the symptoms presenting. When we can address the root cause we see profound changes in a persons physical, emotional and behavioural patterns.
Homeopathy works on the premise of 'like cures like' meaning a substance that causes symptoms in a healthy person can be used to heal similar symptoms in a sick person.
For example, cutting an onion causes watering eyes and a runny nose, therefor a homeopathic remedy made from onions can stimulate a healing response for cold like symptoms.
Homeopathy is not about masking symptoms- this is a suppression-free space! Instead, we are stimulating the bodies vital force in it's self healing capabilities.
By suppressing symptoms the bodies attempt to restore balance is hindered and a more severe or different conditioner can present.
